Preliminary findings of the PA Turnpike Lease

As we move forward attempting to solve our upcoming funding shortfall for transportation in Pennsylvania, the governor's office has released the preliminary findings from Morgan Stanley on the various funding proposals. This report focuses on a long term lease of the PA turnpike, a public corporation/leveraging and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commissions own proposal. The reports shows that the long term lease scenario has the most potential for immediate revenue and that the turnpike commissions proposal will have the most impact on the commuters of the turnpike.
